Introduction

Flying Arch Fine Art is a contemporary art gallery located in the heart of Lismore, NSW.

We opened our doors 12 months ago with a clear vision: to showcase innovative and thought-provoking art that reflects the diverse cultural landscape of the Northern Rivers region. In our first year, we successfully hosted eleven exhibitions, drawing visitors from across the Northern Rivers and beyond.

However, our mission extends beyond mounting exhibitions. As Lismore continues to recover from the devastating floods, our gallery has become a cornerstone in the revitalisation of the city centre’s cultural and economic life. As an integral grassroots arts organisation, Flying Arch attracts foot traffic back to local businesses and fosters community engagement, we believe this is pivotal to re-energise our city.

    • Mention & Thanks in press releases, social media posts, and opening-night speeches for all exhibitions.

    • Dedicated Feature in our monthly e-newsletter for the duration of the sponsorship.

    • Invitation to VIP Previews for all gallery exhibitions.

    • Exclusive Sponsor Event: Host one private event per year at the gallery (e.g., company function, client mixer) with full staff support.

    • Complimentary Artwork Lease: Display one piece of artwork from our rotating collection at your business premises (subject to availability and mutual agreement).

    • Option to Renew: First right of renewal for subsequent sponsorship terms.

    Minor Sponsorship – $8,500 per year (3 available)

    • Brand Placement on gallery event invitations, social media, in our monthly e-newsletter and exterior signage.

    • Mention & Thanks in press releases, social media posts, and opening-night speeches for all exhibitions.

    • Complimentary Artwork Lease: Display one piece of artwork from our rotating collection at your business premises (subject to availability and mutual agreement).

  • We understand that sponsorships are partnerships built on shared objectives. As part of our commitment, we will provide quarterly reports detailing:

    • Attendance Figures for exhibitions and events.

    • Marketing & Social Media Metrics, including impressions, engagements, and press coverage.

    • Community Impact updates, such as new collaborations, workshop enrolments, and visitor feedback.
